Server Listings

1. Listing Requirements

When submitting a Minecraft server listing, you must ensure that:

• Banners and images do not violate copyright or trademark laws
• The server is not used for phishing, malware distribution, or scams

2. Prohibited Content

Server listings must not contain or promote:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Violence, gore, or graphic content
• Sexually explicit or adult content
• Illegal activities or substances
• Gambling or real-money trading that violates Minecraft EULA
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Misleading or deceptive information

3. Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove any server listing that:

• Violates these Terms or our policies
• Is reported by users for inappropriate content
• Is inactive or unreachable for extended periods
• Engages in fraudulent voting practices

Voting System

Our voting system allows users to vote for their favorite servers. By using the voting system, you agree to:

• Vote fairly and honestly
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate votes
• Not use VPNs, proxies, or multiple accounts to cast multiple votes
• Not incentivize or pay users for votes in violation of our policies

We employ fraud detection measures and reserve the right to remove fraudulent votes and take action against violators.

Marketplace

1. Product Listings

Users may list digital products (plugins, maps, mods, etc.) on our marketplace. You agree that:

• You own the rights to the products you list or have permission to sell them
